The historic Kings Tavern building is a three level antebellum structure with a total of 3,744 sq ft. The brick and wood building is thought to date back to the 1790's and is one of the oldest structures in Natchez. The first floor has about 2,148 sq feet and can seat about 85 people for a restaurant use. The second floor contains about 1,020 sq ft and contains several multi use spaces. The third floor contains about 576 sq ft which contains a bedroom and bathroom. The masonry walled former Distillery building contains about 1,652 sq ft and is thought to have been originally built around 1900 as a grocery store.
